Love the lights and studio set up. The owner gave a tutorial to our photographer on the equipment and it seemed pretty easy to use. We had no problems operating it during our photoshoot. There was a bathroom and small get ready area in the studio that we fully utilized. It took us a while to get ready because there was so little space to do so with 10 people getting changed, even with makeup fully done ahead of time
I did not like that we were not informed on advance that we couldn't wear heels on the studio floor. The owner did provide heel caps but they did not fit all of the group shoes. If this was on the studio listing page, I wouldn't have booked with this studio.
Also, the entire venue was significantly smaller than we expected. We felt cramped and were tucking into odd corners when we were in a photoset. The AC was not that strong either so it was a lot of people in a cramped windowless basement. I think it needs a claustrophobia warning on the listing page if there are that many people.
Better yet, I think the max occupancy should be lowered. We had 11 people out of the 14 maximum and felt it was to much already
