The lack of detail on exactly which garage to park in; which building to go into. I had to guess the garage to park in. Didn't know which end to park on. The information didn't clarify which building it was. I first went to 3 Tower. Then back to the garage. I walked both ends twice looking for something that matched the info in the email. I only had one number to contact for support and that went to voice mail. Finally, I called the Security number on the garage wall. It was mall security not office security. Kindly, he tracked down the right number for me for security for the office building and he was able to tell me which building these suites were in.
