An exclusive use site only one wedding is for each weekend, so one retains privacy and magic. Couples may exchange vows under iconic Joshua Trees, there will be a poolside celebration under the stars, and then they shall retreat to either their modern home or grounds together with their closest family and friends.

Prices
One-night $12,500 · Two-night $14,500 · Extended weekend $17,000–$19,500 · Large weddings (100–150 guests) from $22,000 with additional rentals and logistics. All packages include exclusive use of the home, pool & hot tub, 8 private acres, and basic tables & chairs for up to 50 guests. While weekend rates are set, we may offer flexibility for weekday elopements, intimate gatherings, or styled shoots.
We work with trusted caterers who can provide a range of dining experiences:
– Plated multi-course dinners: $150–$250 per guest
– Buffet or family-style dining: $120–$180 per guest
– Cocktail-style receptions: $100–$150 per guest
– Private chef dinners for smaller groups: from $175 per guest
Based on our one-night $12,500 package for 50 guests, venue hire equates to $250 per guest. For a two-night $14,500 weekend, this equates to $290 per guest for two days of exclusive use, including accommodations for 10 guests, luxury pool & hot tub, and private ceremony/reception spaces under the Joshua Trees. With extended stays, per guest pricing often falls between $300–$350 per person, depending on guest count and package length.

• Maximum guest capacity as outlined in booking agreement (base 50, up to 200 with upgrades)
• On-site parking limited to 8 vehicles; additional parking must be arranged in advance
• Overnight stays limited to 10 guests in the home; bell tent add-ons available for additional overnight guests
• Event insurance and licensed vendors required for all weddings and large events
Music & Sound at Le Chacuel
At Le Chacuel, the desert is part of the experience. To honor the natural soundscape and create an atmosphere of serenity, we do not permit amplified club-style sound systems or late-night DJs.
Instead, we invite our couples to design a soundtrack that enhances the magic of the landscape:
Live acoustic sets (guitar, strings, small ensembles)
Curated playlists through our in-house speakers for dining and gathering
Ambient sounds that pair with candlelight and starlight
Music is welcome outdoors until 10:00 PM, after which guests can transition to intimate indoor moments or fireside conversations under the desert sky.
