Smoking on premises not allowed.
No more than 40 people allowed.
Outside catering is allowed.
No pets.
No drugs of any kind on the premises.
Please clean up after yourself.
Please be on time according to your allotted paid time. There is a 1 hour overtime fee if you arrive or stay more than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled time.
Please book enough time for set up and break down (if you will be needing additional time, please contact me at least 30 mins before your session ends). If you fail to communicate me and stay overtime you will be charged at 1.5x times the rate.
If you move any furniture or equipment around, please return to its original location when the event is over.
