Features: The room includes a PA system and speakers, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The room permits own music and a bring-your-own DJ subject to a venue noise restriction. The room is furnished with freestanding tables and chairs and a sofa-style seating bay that can be rearranged.

-NO smoking in the building
-NO loud music after 10:00 pm
- All events and attendees must be cleared from the venue by 12:00 am
-Outside catering is allowed. (The venue offers catering at an additional cost)
-The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails, and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage.
- Placements of tables, tents, live music, catering equipment etc. must be approved by VENUE no later than ONE week before the event.
- A liquor liability license must be provided to the venue no later than 48hrs before the event. (If liquor is being sold, served or BYOB.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
