Rates vary based on the day of the week, season, and event type. All bookings include use of the rooftop lounge, pool deck access (for approved events), existing furniture, standard place settings, glassware, and basic A/V (TV + wireless speakers).
A 50% deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. A refundable security deposit and minimum spend may apply depending on the event size and nature. Outside alcohol is not permitted, and all food and beverage service is provided in-house.
