Smoking, hookahs or vape pens are not allowed in the event center. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
The Rental Space must be cleaned and returned in a condition at the end of an event to a reasonable appearance as it was prior to the rental.
The clean-up requirements below are required and are not part of the required cleaning fee:
Customer is responsible for trash from the floor, tables, chairs, kitchen, changing room and anywhere trash was placed in the venue.
It is imperative that ALL trash be taken out of the building and placed INSIDE the blue dumpster on the right at the back of the building (trash left on the ground by the dumpster will result in a deduction from your security deposit).
Customer is responsible for providing your own large trash bag. Edged Events will provide the initial trash bag for your use.
Customer is responsible for the removal of all decorations and trash from the property
The mandatory cleaning fee covers the cleaners coming in after your event to: sweep, mop the floors, scrub the toilets and clean/disinfect the kitchenette.
The customer is still responsible for: taking out ALL their trash, stacking chairs, folding tables, food, and decorations. Pick up all big items from the floor and take out all items from the building.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
