Host rules

- Proof of identity must be provided upon arrival.
- Rental agreement must be signed prior to or upon check-in.
- A walkthrough with the host or an agent is required at both check-in and check-out.

- Maximum occupancy must be adhered to as per the listing.
- No unregistered guests or visitors without prior written approval from the host.

- Age restrictions may apply for certain amenities or areas of the property.
- Any events or parties must be approved by the host in advance.
- Strict noise guidelines must be followed, particularly during quiet hours (usually 10 PM to 8 AM).

- If pets are allowed, they must be approved by the host, and additional fees may apply.
- Smoking may be restricted to designated outdoor areas if permitted at all.

- Parking is provided in designated areas only and may be limited to a certain number of vehicles.
- Transportation coordination, if required, should be discussed with the host in advance.

- Guests must follow the host's guidelines for using amenities like the pool, hot tub, gym, etc.
- Any specialized equipment must be used responsibly and may require prior instruction or supervision.

- The property must be left in the same condition as found, barring regular wear and tear.
- Any damages must be reported to the host immediately, and guests may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.

- Adherence to safety guidelines, such as pool safety rules, is mandatory.
- Security deposits may be required and will be handled as per the host's policy on the platform.

- Strict adherence to the cancellation and modification policies as set out in the listing is required.

- Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws
- Any permits or licenses required for specific activities must be obtained in advance.
