Host rules
- Rental time includes setup and breakdown. Early access or overtime is billed at the contracted hourly rate.
- Maximum capacity: 60 seated / 200 standing.
- No smoking or vaping inside the venue or within 25 feet of the entrance.
- No outside alcohol permitted. All alcohol must be purchased and served by Llamabar Café staff under our liquor license.
- Outside catering is allowed only with prior written approval; additional fees may apply.
- No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives may be used on walls or fixtures. Decorations must be approved in advance and fully removed at the event's end.
- No glitter, confetti, or open flames (enclosed candles in glass holders are allowed).
- Client is responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment during the rental period.
- Basic cleaning is included; however, excessive cleaning, trash removal, or damage will incur additional fees.
- All personal items and decor must be removed immediately following the event unless otherwise agreed.

About LlamaBar Cafe
Llamabar Café is a venue located in Washington, DC’s Navy Yard, with 2,000 square feet of versatile event space, perfect for corporate receptions, private dinners, cocktail parties, and photo or video productions.
We can accommodate up to 90 guests seated or 200 standing, with flexible layouts made for meetings, networking events, or social gatherings, and our full food menu, liquor license, and professional bar staff allow us to provide in-house catering and beverage packages from our full-service cocktail bar.
