This reclaimed warehouse is a two-minute walk from the Van Dorn Metro station on the Blue line. The rustic and industrial-chic event hall is perfect for film and photo projects, team meetings, corporate events, presentations, parties, and weddings! It features 2,600 square feet of space and can hold up to 200 people.

You may bring alcohol to the space, so long as your event has applied and received approval for a banquet license from the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control.
The venue is pet friendly.
There are no noise restrictions, inside or outside.
Any leftover decorations (think glitter, confetti, balloons) may incur additional charges.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
About The Garden Alexandria
The Garden was founded by Building Momentum in 2018 when a unique opportunity presented itself. Originally a furniture warehouse showroom, the industrial-chic, the rustic aesthetic was already in place when we found it. We were inspired to repurpose and refresh the space into an event venue where people could gather, share experiences and ideas, and make memories that last a lifetime.
