Booking Duration
• Standard booking time is 3 hours.
• Additional time is available at an hourly rate.
Minimum Spend & Payments
• All events are subject to a minimum food and beverage spend.
• A deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Final guest count and menu must be confirmed in advance.
Food & Catering
• All events require in-house catering.
• Outside food is not permitted unless approved in advance.
Alcohol Policy
• In-house beverage packages are available.
• Outside wine and beer allowed for full buyouts only with corkage.
• No outside hard liquor without approval.
Cleaning Fee
• $150 cleaning fee applies to all events.
• Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if needed.
Service Charge / Gratuity
• A 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage.

Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown must be within your booked time.
