The Mansion's large wrap-around porches, Victorian accents and charming patios and landscaping offer an elegant setting for any wedding or service.
The venue is very popular for photoshoots, engagements, and has an all-glass crystal ballroom with Swarovski chandeliers, which provides a unique and elegant setting.
The space has a pool, spa, gardens with a fire pit and a beautiful outdoor space that has beautiful patios. On top of this, the facility has an additional residence that has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.
Prices
To reserve your date, we require an initial deposit of 50% of the total Rental Fee. This Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable. The remaining balance of your Rental Fee is due 30 days before your event.

You are required to procure your own alcohol and hire a TABC certified and insured bartender. You must have one bartender for every 100 guests at your event.
All caterers must be insured, sign and agree to our catering vendor agreement to serve on our property.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
