The venue is a long, rectangular conference hall configured with parallel rows of light-wood tables and red-upholstered chairs, backed by a concrete-block wall and a red-painted accent wall. Linear ceiling fixtures provide even overhead lighting while tall windows admit natural daylight.

Room features: An integrated audiovisual system comprises a ceiling-mounted projector, a whiteboard and a freestanding flipchart for presenter materials. An installed PA system and conference-call facilities support amplified sound and remote participation.
