- Only beer and wine may be served.
- Alcohol may not be sold or included in ticketed events without proper licensing.
- No open flames, including candles, grills, fire pits, or sterno, without prior approval.
- No fireworks or pyrotechnics.
- No fog machines, smoke machines, or dry ice.
- The commercial stove is off-limits to all renters. It may not be used under any circumstances.
- No nails, screws, tacks, or duct tape may be used on any walls or surfaces.
- Only painter’s tape or approved hanging methods are allowed.
- No glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, or similar materials are allowed inside or outside the venue.
- Decorations must be freestanding or table-based.
- Children under 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult.
- No Smoking or Vaping
- The entire facility is a non-smoking property—indoors and outdoors.
- All vendors must be approved in advance.
- Insurance certificates may be required for third-party vendors.
