Industrial Canvas has been designed as a versatile space which can be used for both filming and hosting events and conducting creative work. The 4,200 square foot area features high ceilings and exposed beams and white walls with mirrors and modular furniture which allows for multiple uses from music videos and photo shoots to workshops and pop-up events and fitness classes and private events.

The space provides Wi-Fi access and a conference room and multiple entry points and parking facilities which assist production teams and event organizers who require an adaptable space that allows complete event transformation. Host rules

Leave the space exactly as you found it. We want you to create something amazing, but please respect the environment for the next renter.
1. Booking & Time Management
• Setup & Teardown: Your booking time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Please do not arrive early or stay late without prior authorization.
• Overtime: Staying past your end time will result in overtime charges at 1.5x the hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments.
• Capacity: Total headcount must not exceed the number stated in your booking. Over-capacity events are subject to immediate termination.
2. Physical Space & Decor
• Walls & Surfaces: No nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesives on walls. Command hooks and painter's tape are allowed but must be removed carefully.
• The "No-Go" List: No glitter, confetti, sand, feathers, or smoke machines unless pre-approved in writing. A $250 deep-cleaning fee will be applied if these are used without permission.
• Furniture: Please do not drag furniture across the floors. Lift and move items with at least two people to avoid scratches.
3. Production & Equipment
• All equipment, cords, or connectors must be brought or otherwise discussed with host..
• Safety: Fire exits, hallways, and alarm pulls must remain unobstructed at all times.
• Sound: Music and production noise must stay within [Insert Decibel Level] and must cease by [Insert Time, e.g., 10:00 PM] to respect our neighbors.
4. Food, Alcohol & Trash
• Alcohol: Licensed bartenders are required for any event serving alcohol. Selling alcohol on-site is strictly prohibited without a temporary liquor permit.
• Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free facility.
• Trash: All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated bins. Large catering boxes must be broken down.
