About this space
The studio is a long, open-plan space with a smooth polished concrete floor and a low-to-medium height ceiling fitted with track and panel lighting. The layout includes glass partitions and a planted feature wall, and both natural and controllable artificial light are available.
Room features: The studio provides on-site photo and video equipment and dedicated lighting rigs for controlled shoots. The space also includes a PA system, soundproofing for audio work, storage space and Wi‑Fi to support production.
Best for: Photography and video production, livestreams and music or audio recording.
What sets it apart: A dedicated greenscreen area provides in-house chroma-key capability.

Leave the space exactly as you found it. We want you to create something amazing, but please respect the environment for the next renter.
1. Booking & Time Management
• Setup & Teardown: Your booking time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Please do not arrive early or stay late without prior authorization.
• Overtime: Staying past your end time will result in overtime charges at 1.5x the hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments.
• Capacity: Total headcount must not exceed the number stated in your booking. Over-capacity events are subject to immediate termination.
2. Physical Space & Decor
• Walls & Surfaces: No nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesives on walls. Command hooks and painter's tape are allowed but must be removed carefully.
• The "No-Go" List: No glitter, confetti, sand, feathers, or smoke machines unless pre-approved in writing. A $250 deep-cleaning fee will be applied if these are used without permission.
• Furniture: Please do not drag furniture across the floors. Lift and move items with at least two people to avoid scratches.
3. Production & Equipment
• All equipment, cords, or connectors must be brought or otherwise discussed with host..
• Safety: Fire exits, hallways, and alarm pulls must remain unobstructed at all times.
• Sound: Music and production noise must stay within [Insert Decibel Level] and must cease by [Insert Time, e.g., 10:00 PM] to respect our neighbors.
4. Food, Alcohol & Trash
• Alcohol: Licensed bartenders are required for any event serving alcohol. Selling alcohol on-site is strictly prohibited without a temporary liquor permit.
• Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free facility.
• Trash: All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated bins. Large catering boxes must be broken down.
