In the SoMA district, The Grand offers an ultra-chic and sophisticated space that's ideal for any type of event. We offer 2 beautiful levels with 5 distinct levels of elevation, an on-site kitchen facility + full catering menu, 4 fully-stocked bars equipped to make mouth-watering drink concoctions, and an on-site design team available to custom tailor and create theme options.
Our stylish + modern interior attracts any style-conscious crowd. The luxurious gold-paneled walls will take your breath away. The plush furniture adorned in elegant colors is configurable to fit any event setting.
Location:
Located in the heart of the South of Market District (SoMa), we are a few blocks away from the Moscone Center, 3 blocks from the nearest Caltrain Station, 3 blocks from the Powell BART Station, and a T muni bus stop in front of the venue. There is plenty of street parking that surrounds the venue, and a public parking lot is also available on the corner of 4th/Brannan Streets.

Host rules
Event Hours: Rental includes access from [start time] to [end time], including setup and breakdown. Exceeding approved capacity may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
Security & Staffing: Security required for events over 25 guests or any events with alcohol. Staffing fees may apply for bartenders, servers, cleaning crew, etc.
Alcohol Policy: No outside alcohol. Alcohol service must end 10 minutes before the end of the event. All alcohol must be served by our licensed bartenders only.
Catering & Food: Outside catering allowed with prior approval. All caterers must be licensed and insured. In-house food options available upon request.
*Please note: Food and beverage are not included in the rental price and are available at an additional cost.
Decorations: No open flames, glitter, confetti, or nails/tacks on walls. All décor must be removed by the end of the rental period.
Music: DJs and live music permitted (subject to volume limits).
Venue not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Cleaning: Basic cleaning is included.
Vendor Policies: All vendors must be pre-approved and provide proof of insurance. Vendor load-in/load-out times must be coordinated in advance.
Prohibited Activities: No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal drugs or underage drinking. No weapons or pyrotechnics.
Cancellation policy: Guests may cancel their booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
