Host rules
Rental includes access to booked time, including setup and breakdown. Exceeding approved capacity may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
No outside alcohol. Alcohol service must end 10 minutes before the end of the event. All alcohol must be served by our licensed bartenders only.
Outside catering must be pre-approved, licensed, and insured. In-house options available upon request.
No open flames, glitter, confetti, or nails/tacks on walls. All decor must be removed by the end of the rental period.
DJs and live music permitted (subject to volume limits).
All vendors must be pre-approved and provide proof of insurance. Vendor load-in/load-out times must be coordinated in advance.
No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal drugs or underage drinking. No weapons or pyrotechnics.
