Host rules
- No smoking inside the venue.
- Outside vendors must be pre-approved by the Event Manager.
- Alcohol must be served by a licensed or certified bartender.
- Open flames are not allowed, except for chafing dish burners.
- No smoke machines.
- Drop-off: No vehicles over 16 feet.
- Do not pin or tape anything to the walls—use approved hanging areas.
- Tables and chairs must be covered and removed by the event’s end.
- No overnight storage.
- Events can be booked from 8 AM to 12 Midnight.
- Events must wrap up 1 hour before end time (e.g., end by 11 PM if booked until Midnight).
