Our beautiful event and office space, designated specifically for tech events only, is nestled within the historic Presidio in San Francisco, our space is a beacon of innovation in the heart of a neighborhood steeped in history. The building, which has witnessed the passage of time and the evolution of technology, now houses a cutting-edge office and event space dedicated to the world of Web3 and tech.
The Presidio itself, with its sprawling landscapes and former military barracks, was a testament to the city's rich past. Our space, however, is a bridge between the traditional and the modern surrounded by breathtaking ocean views and greenery that reflects the natural beauty that characterizes the Presidio.
The main office space hosts a hive of activity, with tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs working on the forefront of blockchain, decentralized finance, and other web3 innovations. Our open areas foster a sense of community, encouraging spontaneous collaborations and idea exchanges.
This spacious room can seat up to 150 attendees comfortably. When you book this room, the adjacent common area lounge will also be available for networking and social space before and after the presentations take place.

Host rules
• You must be a technology company or hosting tech content to reserve an event.
• No smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is permitted in the building.
• The purchase, use, ingestion, possession, sale, or other distribution of illegal drugs or other substances, or the attempt to do so with other guests, is prohibited.
• Weapons and other offensive, hazardous, inflammable, or explosive materials are prohibited.
• Animals, other than service animals are not permitted on the premises.
• Certain permits will be required for any outdoor use.
• We have a security camera in the lobby, the North Main Lounge and the South Main Lounge only that remain on 24/7; there are no cameras in the meeting rooms.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
