Prices
• In the event that the room is not returned to its original condition, the client will be responsible for a cleaning fee ranging from $75 to $150, depending on the size of the room.

Host rules
• No adult filming
• No cooking
• No smoking
• No open flames
• No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls or fine wood.
• Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
• No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site.
• No open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
• All rental equipment must be removed no later than half an hour after your event’s ending time.
• If you have deliveries, we can only receive them an hour before the event.
