This is our creative working space. Our most popular space for the SF market. Includes a conference table that seats 10ppl, smart TV, white board, projector, window-side 3-piece coffee nook, tea and coffee bar and electronic station. My name is Jessica Rae, I created and designed Rae Studios to offer artists and co-working creatives a space to inspire their working hours. Each space is designed with a plantlife atmosphere for various client needs. Our clients include coworking meeting space, print and video productions, dance and fitness pop ups/rehearsals/workshops and private events from wedding, birthdays and special events. Tours of the space are given during work hours. Please email or call to set up an appointment. The space collectively is 3,000 sq ft. featuring
three unique rooms overlooking downtown union square. Restrooms are located in the lobby, two stalls per restroom with complimentary bathroom supplies available during your rental.

No heels in Studio 2. Appropriate ballroom heels only. All heels must use heel protectors. If you don't have your own heel protectors, they can be purchased at the front.
In compliance with the new safety guidelines issued by SFDPH (San Francisco Department of Public Health), individuals with “Up-to-Date” COVID-19 vaccinations, including the primary series and boosters when eligible, may remove their mask for indoor settings. Other COVID-19 safety guidelines in these settings, such as proof of vaccination and mask requirement for non-boosted individuals, remain in effect. To be considered "up-to-date" for COVID-19 vaccination, individuals must be: two weeks removed from receiving two doses (or one shot of J&J) and one week removed from booster shot when eligible. We highly encourage everyone to get the booster shot.
Go jewelry-free. Obtrusive jewelry is potentially dangerous to you and others.
No food or drinks (except water) are allowed inside the studio. For the safety of our students, no glassware inside the studio.
We keep found items for 2-3 weeks before donating them to a local charity.

About Rae Studios
Founded in 2012, Rae Studios is a dance & fitness center, overlooking San Francisco's Union Square. The studio is located on the 7th floor of the Native Sons of Golden West building, historic preservation, and organization founded in 1875. With wall-to-wall mirrors, high ceilings, stretch bars, a state-of-the-art sound system, Rae Studios is the perfect solution for group and one-on-one training exercises, as well as for photo shoots.
