Minimum retail spending starts at $300 for wine and beer - spirits are not available. Outside alcohal brought in $25 corkage fee
Rental charges are $150 per hour - must add 30 minutes minimum for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup

Guest under 21 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 11:00 pm

No smoking in the building
Damage to the space will result in extra charge
No alcohol allowed after 10pm
