Guests under 21 are not allowed
Host rules
- No smoking inside the bar
- No outside alcohol allowed
- Guests must be 21+ unless arranged in advance for a private event
- Outside catering is allowed (must be coordinated with us)
- Furniture and equipment must be returned to their original positions before the end of your event
- No glitter, confetti, or open flames (candles, sparklers, etc.)
- No excessively loud music after 11 PM (DJ volume will be managed by our team)
- Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls or surfaces
- Use of add-ons (DJ, games, booths, etc.) must be confirmed ahead of time
- Respect our neighbors
- No illegal activities or anything that violates local laws

About Swell Bar
We are a neighborhood bar with bar seating, high-top tables, and lounge areas for birthdays, corporate events, holiday parties, or casual nights out, and our available add-ons include a DJ, MC, photo booth, 360° camera, catering, and party games.
The bar serves beer, wine, and spirits, with a bartender available for your events, while a jukebox, TVs, and sound system for music, announcements, or speeches are also available. You'll easily find free street parking nearby for you and your guests.
