Host rules
Event Space rules, and guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guest. Please review the following rules for our event space:
-An event coordinator will be available during your event to assist with any operational needs
-Catering is welcome for food only, Catering options are available
-Bookable hours are flexible
-Specific large events required hired security (every 50 people)
-Ticketed events are allowed
-DJs & More can be contracted
-Violations subjected to equivalent to one hour minimum extra cost.
-Booking smaller areas in the venue is allowed at smaller cost
-No drugs, weapons or fireworks are permitted
-Venue is not responsible for the set up and breakdown of the event
As an event venue, we striive to maintain a high level of transparency with our clients. As mentioned in the contract, we do have additional charges if our site rules and contract are broken or if there is a damage to our property:
-$300 to change the date
-$1000 for noncompliant guests or disruptive drunkenness
-$1000 per incident for items found in toilets by a professional plumbing company that result in you or your guests disposing of anything other than toilet paper into the toilets and sinks, including, but not limited to feminine products, wet wipes, paper towel, towels, or any other non-disintegrating products, other than toilet paper provided.
-The above stated additional charges are agreed to minimum charges. Clients agreed to pay for each item listed if damages or costs to the venue exceeds a listed minimum “additional charges” we shall charge clients actual costs incurred.
