Our venue is bright and clean, with large windows letting in lots of natural light. The walls, floors, and ceiling are all white, making the room feel open and spacious. There are photography lights and equipment set up, and the overall design is simple and minimal. It's a great place for photo shoots because the white background allows for flexible setups.
The atmosphere feels calm and professional, perfect for people working on creative projects. There is also a makeup area with a mirror and lights, making it easy for models or clients to get ready. The room has a fresh, modern vibe.

Leave the studio in the same condition, or a cleaning fee (starting at $100) will apply.

We have cameras in the common area and in the studio.
No Smoking in the building.
Be respectful to others and front desk staff while in the studio.
Arrive up to 10 minutes early to minimize interaction with other guests.
Rental time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup—factor this into your booking.
Stage is not soundproof.
Hard-to-clean materials must be approved with a refundable deposit.
Inquire for weekday freight elevator access.
