DJ is allowed only if you add on your booking our DJ Pro Event Setup that includes DJ Professional Table, 2 Speakers & 2 LED Lights, for an additional cost of $150.

Host rules
Outside catering is allowed.
No loud music after 11:30pm.
No alcohol allowed after 11:30pm; to bring and consume alcohol inside the space, guests must be 21 years old.
No selling of alcohol.
No smoking.
No firearms.
No cooking.
No open flame.
No ticket sales.
No pets allowed.
No glitter or confetti can be used.
Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.
All guests are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.
A guest list is required with first and last names for each guest. The guest list must be provided 72 hours before the event; otherwise, your booking will be subject to cancellation.
We do not allow tables and folding chairs from outside. You must rent them from us at an additional cost.
Event planners or any person who will be working or bringing items to the venue must provide us with an Event Insurance (certificate of insurance).
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
