LANJERON – an upscale event space serving Fusion cuisine in the heart of Northeast Philadelphia. The interior of the establishment is elegantly laconic but without intentional glamor.
At the head of the kitchen of any restaurant, first of all, is the Chef – it is their vision, experience, and philosophy that will ultimately end up on your plate. The names of some chefs are well-known, while others are not familiar to anyone, but only a few can recognize the chef by sight.
