- Security is required for all bookings after 8 PM or with more than 25 guests.
- The client is responsible for the additional security costs. We will assign a security guard at $35 per hour.
- Food is allowed onsite. Preparation must be completed outside of unit. Food trucks and tents are allowed for outdoor set-up.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
