Host rules
Events at Rogue Collective must take place in the designated spaces: the main lounge space, the Kitchen, the Yard, restrooms, and any other previously agreed upon rooms. Rogue Collective reserves the right to remove anyone found in off-limits areas.
Clean up and load out must be completed within 1 hour of the end of your event with all guests, vendors, and staff clear of the property by 12 AM at the latest.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the building.
The outdoor sound curfew is 10 PM, and the indoor sound curfew is 11 PM.
Rogue Collective will have a minimum of one representative present for all events to help manage and supervise the scheduled event from start to finish. Depending on the number of attendees, security staff may be required.
Renters, vendors, and guests attending events at Rogue Collective can only park on the street or in our parking lot. We also offer the option to book an exclusive parking lot within walking distance for an additional fee. Shuttle service is available as well for an additional fee. Cars parked in the lots of neighboring businesses WILL be towed at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
