About this space

This loft features 12-foot ceilings, 5 huge north-facing windows with amazing city views, and plenty of natural light. The building has 2 passenger elevators and a freight elevator (inquire for freight hours), and the space has a professional makeup station, vanity mirror, full length mirror, sink and kitchenette work space (no fridge), small fold out table/ 6 folding chairs/stool, 2 large white mod-style chairs, air conditioning, bathrooms outside the space on same floor, and the use of 4 rolling light stands and steamer.

It also offers 10ft roll-down backdrops at $25 per pull. Inquire in advance regarding available background colors, and if you need a specific color ordered, please give us a few days' notice, and we can supply it at a cost of $80 per roll.
