Studio A is just over 330 sq ft and includes a live room, iso booth, and control room. It handles tracking and mixing with ease. The space is anchored by a 48-channel SSL Duality console, a Yamaha C5 grand piano, and an extensive array of vintage outboard gear.
You'll have access to several monitoring options including ADAM, Genelec, and Yamaha. The control room offers street-facing windows with natural light and skyline views, plus adjustable ambient lighting for night sessions. Best suited for audio production, writing sessions, and mixing, with a 6-hour minimum and a 15-person capacity limit.

The Cutting Room Studios is a longtime fixture in Manhattan’s music and audio production scene, with over 30 years of history. Located on the first floor of 692 Broadway, our venue brings together two professional studios—Studio A and Studio B. They are excellent for tracking, mixing, mastering, post-production, and ATMOS Mixing.
Each space is equipped with top-tier gear, natural light, and Philips Hue lighting for flexible session moods. We’re situated right between Greenwich Village and NoHo, with easy access to Chelsea, and a mix of local character and convenience. Paid parking is available off-site, and free street parking can often be found nearby.
