Maison Rouge NYC is a newly restored townhouse and former firehouse in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Designed with a modern, editorial sensibility, it spans three levels and a rooftop terrace. The venue is a cinematic backdrop for anything from brand activations and private dinners to off-sites, shoots, and rooftop celebrations.

Ground Floor: An open, gallery-style space with refined lounge seating. (furniture can be moved)
Lower Level: Underground speakeasy with moody lighting and a built-in bar.
Rooftop Terrace: City skyline views made for golden hour cocktails and intimate gatherings.
Second Floor: Five boutique-style suites available for overnight stays or multi-day productions.

Maison Rouge NYC is designed to adapt, whether you’re hosting a corporate retreat, producing content, or celebrating something personal.

Built-in bar and curated drink packages, high-speed Wi-Fi, sound system, full kitchen and prep area, flexible furniture layouts, AV capabilities, and easy street-level load-in. ADA accessible and around the corner from Grand Central Station
