TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Minimum Spend Requirement
Client agrees to a minimum spend of $2,000 which applies toward all food and beverage purchases made during or before for the event.
This amount does not include:
• Sales Tax: 8.875%
• Gratuity: 20% (automatically applied to the final bill)
• Admin Fee: 3%
Any unspent amount below the minimum will still be charged in full to meet the required total. The final bill, including applicable taxes and gratuity, will be presented at the conclusion of the event.

2. Deposit & Payment
To secure the event date and time, deposit of 50% deposit is required.
3. Menu & Planning
Final menu selections, guest count, and event timeline must be confirmed no later than 3 days prior to the event. Changes after this time may not be guaranteed.
Customizations such as décor, entertainment, or special requests must be discussed in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
Please note, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We kindly ask that you notify the venue at least 72 hours in advance.
5. Damages & Conduct
Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment caused by guests or outside vendors during the event. Poppy reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or disruptive.
