About this space

With 3,000 sq ft (52' x 58') of open layout and movable walls, our venue can be customized to suit any kind of event, such as private parties, live performances, creative workshops, photo/video productions, brand activations, or even classes. Large windows on both sides allow natural light in, and thanks to movable wall dividers, you can configure the room into up to four separate areas or open it up as one large space.

Host rules

- No smoking anywhere in the building.
- Outside catering is welcome!
- Please respect the space and return it to its original condition after your event.
- Music is allowed during all booking hours!
- During standard office hours (typically before 6 PM on weekdays), we ask that volume is kept to a reasonable level.
- After 6 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends, louder music is permitted.
- Any damages to the space, furniture, or equipment are the responsibility of the guest.
- Setup and teardown must be included in your total booking time.
- Security cameras are in operation in all rooms for safety purposes, but can be turned off upon request for privacy.
- We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for everyone!
