Our venue is located in a highly respected building in the heart of Times Square. To maintain the integrity and professionalism of the space, the following rules must be observed:
No alcohol, smoking, or vaping is permitted on the premises.
No pets or animals are allowed, except certified service animals.
We offer a list of trusted catering partners to meet your event needs; however, you are welcome to bring your own licensed catering service if you prefer.
Loud music and high-volume sound are not permitted. Our sound system is specifically designed for speeches, presentations, and corporate events.
All events must maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere at all times.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
