No nails, screws, or tape directly on walls or ceilings

Music must be kept at a respectful volume; rooftop amplified sound ends at 11:30 PM
All guests must vacate the premises by 12:00 AM unless previously arranged
Renter is responsible for their guests’ conduct and any damages
Load-in and load-out must occur within the booked time slot
