Control Room 1 and its adjoining live room together are perfect for handling high-capacity tracking and mixing sessions. The control room features a 32-channel SSL Origin console and a full range of monitoring options, including Genelec 1234A mains with triple 15” subs and multiple near fields.
Connected directly to a large, acoustically treated live room with 16' ceilings, the setup includes a Yamaha C6 grand piano, Hammond B3, Rhodes, Wurlitzer, and a full drum kit. Tie-lines run throughout the facility for expanded session routing. Ideal for full band tracking, with Philips Hue lighting for extended or late sessions.

Each room prioritizes comfort and performance, with top-tier gear for vocal tracking, mixing, writing sessions, and large-scale production. Clients benefit from Philips Hue ambiance lighting and ensuite recording options. Free street parking is typically available nearby, making sessions convenient at all hours.
