About this space

The Wallace's Sterling Room is our elegant function room for 10-70 guests. It's a bright space with comfortable modern furniture, carpeting, and flexible light settings. There's a built in LCD Projector, 100" drop down screen and sound system that can be of use for showcasing a presentation, enjoy background music, your Spotify playlist or video conferencing. The seating layout is customizable and suitable for both seated and buffet catering, as well as conferences and social gatherings.

The Sterling Room is located on the lower lobby level of the hotel. The Sterling has 12' high ceilings, built-in AV technology, wifi and ambient lighting. The space accommodates flexible seating arrangements, a foyer for registration, display tables or welcome reception. Coat check closet and restrooms are easily accessible off the foyer and are maintained regularly. We allow outside catering and have a list of recommended caterers. The Rooftop Terrace is ideal for socializing, team building activities and photography with sweeping views of the Manhattan sky-line and Hudson River. We provide note pads, mints, facial tissues and bottled water unless otherwise requested.

We offer the Sterling Room for your special event! We allow outside catering. The hotel charges a simple rental fee that includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, bottled water and buffet tables. The Hotel offers a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline for photos, socializing and lasting memories.
