Guests must be respectful to the neighbors and refrain from unruly activity inside, but within a half-block radius of, the space.
Guests must be mindful of their limits while consuming alcohol. The location retains the right, at its sole discretion, to deny alcohol to anyone they believe has consumed beyond a reasonable limit.
