- No electronic music or loud subwoofers - we have neighbors and they are sensitive
- People also should not congregate outside in front of the building smoking and being loud
- Absolutely no smoking
- This is a shoes-free space, patrons must take off their shoes when coming into our space. Those who want to keep their shoes on can - but it increases the cleaning fee.
- Garbage must be removed from the space after use, we have a dumpster outside
