About this space
Our warehouse studio, located on the Brooklyn waterfront in Sunset Park, adjacent to Brooklyn Army Terminal and Pier 4, is perfect for your next production. Our flexible space has an open loft style layout, 20 feet ceilings and tons of natural light.
3000sf daylight studio available for photo campaigns (space isn’t sound treated so we do not recommend video), showrooms and special events (no nightlife). Feel free to message with any questions!

We also provide a selection of seamless paper for backgrounds, and you can choose from various colors such as Black, Bone, Cocoa, Crimson, Fashion Gray, Flamingo, Gulf Blue, Olive Green, Orange, Orchid, Pure White, Rustic, and Super White. If you have specific color preferences, kindly inform us in advance, and one free pull will be available for your use.
