Excellent communication
Lola was great and very responsive! However, I do think for some of the important things we needed access to, it didn’t justify the price we paid.
We couldn’t access the big silver fridge because it was “for inventory use” however, that wasn’t made clear in the description. We bought our catering and needed to use the fridge for both drinks and food to keep cold, however, was instructed to use a small fridge that was under the old bar taps with pipes which was not ideal. We ended up having to bring our own cooler last minute to fill with ice to keep things cold.
The oven to keep hot food warm before our guests arrived stopped working half way through.
I do think it was expensive for what we actually got to use! However, if you are using it for things that do not require food or drinks, it would be a good venue!
