Our 300 sq ft Podcast Production Studio is fully equipped to support a wide range of creative projects. The space features professional wall and ceiling soundproofing, ensuring clean audio and a distraction-free environment with no street noise. It’s designed not only for podcasting but also for filming, interviews, social media content, commercial shoots, online productions, and Zoom sessions.
Inside the studio, you’ll find a mix of practical and comfortable furnishings, including an office table, chairs, a sofa, and a centre table. You can also customise the look and feel of your recording with our adjustable Hue lighting system. If your project involves music, a selection of instruments is available for use.
Modern conveniences such as cable TV, WiFi, and streaming apps keep you connected during your session.

Drinks and Outside delivery of Food are allowed.
Please limit guests to only the production crew.
Furniture for production proposes that it can be moved, but you may NOT touch the equipment table desk.
Smoking in the main room and the booth is NOT allowed.
Please include in the rental time Setup & Breakdown.
Leave the space in the same condition in which it was found.
All equipment and furniture should be treated with care.
Keep Studio doors closed at all times when entering or exiting the space.
Suppose the client/tenant, representative, or group should violate any terms of this agreement. In that case, the space owner can immediately evict any such person, including all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
