Founded in 1999, the venue is set in a historic landmark built in 1868 on Broadway in Union Square. The space also functions as a celebrity photography studio.

$300/hour, 8 hour minimum.
Video $3000/10 hour day.
Video Hourly, 10 hour minimum: $300/hour.

Booking must include the prep and wrap time. Add minimum 2-hours to your event time.
