About Katherine Meets Toni

Real estate and restaurant entrepreneur and chef, Tony Park of QB Hospitality (Antoya BBQ and Angelina Bakery) is thrilled to announce the opening of Katherine, named for his wife.

Katherine marks Park’s first endeavor in the cocktail-forward space. In doing so he has tapped industry veteran, Shigefumi “Shige” Kabashima (Angel’s Share, NR) to develop the cocktail program in his signature style, bringing Japanese bartending techniques to the location. Katherine delivers an evolving experience, transitioning from an elegant lounge to a buzzy nightlife destination.
