The Pineapple Room is a Fully furnished tropical suite 416 sq ft, perfect for client or talent. Additional $500/day+platform fees to add on as shooting space. $650/day to add as HMU space.

Listed rates apply to bookings between 7am-9pm. Hours outside of this window are subject to higher rates. Unscheduled OT before 9pm will be billed by the half hour at 1.5x your contracted hourly rate. Unscheduled OT after 9pm will be billed by the half hour at 2x your contracted hourly rate.

Non-profit, Fashion, Workshops, Theatre, Arts, and events that contribute to our community; events with fewer than 100 attending, or events taking place on weekdays or Sundays before 6 pm
