Established in 2013. Cypress Brewing started as three home brewers brewing five-gallon batches in a kitchen on Cypress Drive.
Cypress Brewing is a 20 BBL microbrewery located in Edison, NJ. We take great pride in our brews and have spent nearly two decades honing our craft before bringing our product to market.
