GENERAL RULES
- The client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations.
- No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company.
- No bicycles are allowed inside.
- No smoking.
- No animals (with the exception of licensed service animals).
- Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.
FURNITURE & EQUIPMENTÂ
- Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care.
- Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.
PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO:

- Operate Equipment
If a client/tenant, representative, or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such persons including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
