Standard Event Space Rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• Outside food and beverage is not permitted unless approved in advance.
• All events must end at the agreed-upon time stated in the booking agreement.
• Guests must vacate the space by the end of the reserved time unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Decorations are welcome but must be approved in advance. No confetti, glitter, wall hangings, or items that are difficult to clean.
• No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives may be used on walls, floors, or furniture.
• Damage to the space, furniture, or equipment will result in additional charges.
• All décor, personal items, and vendor materials must be removed at the end of the event.
• The host is responsible for the behavior of their guests and vendors during the event.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Alcohol service must comply with venue policies and applicable laws.
• No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• The venue reserves the right to end an event if rules are violated.
• Vendors must be approved by the venue prior to the event if outside vendors are allowed.
• Setup and breakdown time must be included in the reservation period.
• Open flames (candles) are not permitted
• Large equipment or furniture cannot be moved without staff approval.
• Deliveries must be coordinated in advance with venue staff.
