1. No smoking indoors

4. Do not exceed max occupancy (per fire code)
5. Keep music/noise within city limits
6. Events must end by 10PM on weekdays, 11PM on Fridays/Saturdays
7. No damage to walls/floors — no nails, screws, or tape
8. Stick to agreed set-up and breakdown times
9. Clean up and dispose of all trash after your event
10. No open flames (candles, etc.) unless pre-approved
11. Wine and Beverage Policy: To protect our floors, which stain easily and are costly to restore, only white wine and liquor may be served. Red wine and other staining beverages are not permitted. Any stains resulting from a violation of this policy will incur a cleaning fee, billed at cost or deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
